Just playing really with the 7D's quite smart focussing systems on a grey lunchtime. These guys were going for some bread being thrown out by some passer-by's by the River Avon in Chippenham.
@bardejov AI Servo AF and AF Point Selection. The latter one has to be turned on in the menus as it doesn't normally come up in the normal AF selection cycle using the AF selection button and the M-Fn button, but it allows the camera to gain more focus information than just the selected zone (the four surrounding zones are also used which I think helps as the subject moves).
There's a load of custom functions that affect this stuff as well.
