Old College

First: my heartfelt thanks to all my friends who left such kind and sweet messages about Fred yesterday. I miss him a lot, his passing has left a big hole in my heart...

Now, back to the tour of the North Campus of the University of Georgia (UGA). After leaving the law library, the next stop is Old College and the statue of Abraham Baldwin (the founder and first president of UGA) Built in 1806, Old College is the oldest building on the campus. Its architecture comes from Connecticut Hall at Yale University (Abraham Baldwin attended Yale).
