It is still incredibly cold outside, so here are a couple of pics of my dog Winston, c.2000, when we lived in Spain. It's nearly ten years since he crossed the rainbow bridge, but his memory is very dear to me.
@4rky He was a little guy with a big bark! He and his 'brother', Katt, moved with me from Spain to Canada in 2005. They had never seen snow before: Katt hated it, but Winston loved it and would chase snowballs in the back yard if I threw them for him.
A sweet looking dog. We remember our furry companions with gratitude. Each loss breaks our heart but not having them in our lives would be a much bigger loss.
There is always a place in our hearts for pets like Winston, no matter how long it has been.
