Ready for Pilates at home

After a quiet few days at the beginning of the Lock Down, groups have begun to make preparations for holding meetings and activity groups on line using facilities such as Zoom. In some cases such as our Pilates Class, it was to be another week after this before the class instructor was ready to go.
