I have a number of Fuchsias in my hanging baskets that have been in flower for a good long time. However this Fuchsia, which has been in my garden for several years, I thought was a 'gonna' after the slow Spring and strange Summer. i noticed that it had finally started to shoot only a few weeks ago.
