this weekend many will spend time outdoors to mark the unofficial end of Summer. So too, many will drive more than 50 miles from their homes.
One destination for tourists and travelers is often the Mackinac Bridge. Each year they hold the annual Labor Day bridge walk which is a 5 mile walk across the span of the bridge. if you don't mind the crowds, this is one spectacular view and a wonderful destination for Summer getaway.
