Peony

I think this is a peony. (Please correct me if I am wrong.) I don't think I have ever seen one in person and certainly not the bush. There are a lot of buds so I am going to enjoy watching them.

You`re right. A great close up of it. There is a whole field of them growing here but they are cut off for the sale of the flowers.
