He is out about 3 or 4 times a week early mornings selling the Armys papers the War Cry and Kids aiive, he has set a good reporte with the people in the centre of the City with his cheerfulness and friendly banter with them. He’s out in all kinds of weather, in the rain or sunshine you will find him in his regular spot.
