Constellations of the Early Spring Sky ...uhmm... Garden
I learned today that Forget-me-nots [Myosotis] have been the subject of folklore, legends and remembrance for hundreds of years. Even without knowing their significance in history, I've always liked them because they bloom in early spring when I am most anxious to see new flowers. They are an amazing shade of blue. They are easy to grow if you leave some ground undisturbed --- they pop up from seed from the previous year.
I rarely do any editing to the pics I post but in playing with this one, I quite liked the star/constellation effect so decided to share it with the group here.
Thanks very much for dropping by. I read and appreciate each and every bit of feedback.
This is kick butt awesome..I am so glad you are playing with the effects too.. I love forget-me-nots,...they remind me of my nana.. and on the black background.. awesome..and I swear to you I have not had anything to drink today.. but are there eyes in the black background..????
Thank you so much for telling me my 3 generations of boys made the pop page, Anne! And I also wanted to thank you for being such an inspiration and boost to my kids who are on 365 too. I'm not even sure if you knew they were my kids, but your comments mean alot to them, even if they are too young or busy to comment back regularly.
@lauriehiggins ... I love that there are so many kids on here in spite of how busy they must be. And no, I didn't realize I had bumped into two of yours ... I should have figured it out ... got it now! Apples didn't fall far from the tree in your family ;-)
