Safety in Numbers

The first stop on the cruise ---- Nassau, Bahamas where, among many other incredible sights, we saw a school of little stingrays swooping around in an amazing artificial marine habitat [Atlantis, Paradise Island]. The lagoon is millions of gallons in size, with 50,000 animals from 200 different species all living in luxury.

Although perhaps not the best pic from a photography point of view, the image of these little guys sticking together like one intrigued us. Our vantage point was in some dappled light, hence the patterns on the water.

Take a moment if you can to see their cute little faces close-up. Many thanks for dropping by.
Oh my so cool! There are so many of them. A fav!

What a really special scene - something most of us don't ever get a chance to see. Never seen so many of them at once. Great shot. Are you even thinking of all of us back in the miserable snow?? Enjoy!
