Step one - waterproof the room. French drain on the perimeter, and fill any cracks. We've done this in other sections of the basement after we've had problems. This time we did it before we had a problem - but with four cracks, it probably would not have been a dry place much longer!
How did you seal the cracks?

@beckyk365 They used a low pressure crack injection epoxy, something like the Emecole described here: http://www.emecole.com/pages/Low%252dPressure-Crack-Injection-Process.html. I think they used a better product than this tho, I had tried to do one myself with the Emecole product and it failed miserably.
