Hmmm... I see your note to Carole and am wondering if there are plans to turn this area into a park or something. It is odd to put a statue where there is no activity (especially when it's entitled "Progress" and there is no industry around!) It's still a good shot though- and a nice statue as well.
@olivetreeann It's just to the side of a large corner tower that I think they had plans to turn into apartments or something, but those plans fell through. It is in a very odd place though. Thank you!
