Spend the evening in Castle Gardens in Arcen (Limburg). They have a light festival with both static and dynamic light art. This is a static one. It is a large balloon hanging between threes as a model of the moon. It is lit from the side and reflects in a small canal. For all Dutch people on this site. Well worth a trip to Limburg.
