I needed some inspiration so I went down to the lake in our subdivision and there were some geese down there that cooperated with me. The lake was beautiful in the setting sun and the geese reflected nicely in the water.
They are so pretty. It's a serene pic. I have wanted to shoot some, as I see pairs flying every where lately...and there's a pair at Dan's mom's lake and one near Target even. Just no time to stop and take one yet. I shot one of the river as I sat on the bridge yesterday...I have never seen the river looks so pretty....the sun was at an angle/late afternoon, and these birds swooped all over the place on the surface and up the bridge. I want to go back on foot and stand there for a moment and shoot a pic. I guess eventually, a cop would run me off, but I think I can stand long enough to get a pic.
This is not only a great shot of these beautiful geese, but somehow you seem to have captured their serenity along with the double shadows in the water: Pretty Neat!!
