So, for my award winning photo of the month let me present my basement. Ha Ha! So, I am excited to say that I completed another no filler month - yay - even though I'm not ending it with a bang. This is a shot of part of our basement where we had to have a leak repaired behind the wall. What you're looking at is where the repairman had to remove a bunch of dry-wall to get to the foundation. This is actually 2 rooms - the yellow in the middle left is from the adjoining room. This is going to be a joy to fix, but at least no more water coming in . . .
Update - I actually did have one filler this month :( But I'm happy with that too.
Keep on Tara! you are on a roll! I agree the potential for so many shots has presented itself to you in spite of the headache it might be! I like the confusing aspect of this shot!
Oh, I know all about leaks. When we moved into our old historic house within 3 months we had a total basement flood. We lost everything because we were renovating the main floor and placed everything down there to keep it out of the way. Oh, the memories! Glad you're on the dry road... ;)
Good to have some diary shots so that you can look back in years to come and have a record. Good for people like me with appalling memories too :o) Congrats on the (almost) filler free month xx
I can't believe that I received so many comments on this crummy shot - you all are so good to me. No leaks - praise; now just need to get the drywall repaired and re-paint and put the molding back up . . . oh boy!
