Bud Bug

I took my 50 mm out this morning and literally just hung out around my Hibiscus bush. I waw so many bugs and they were all so pretty (did I just write that?) in the bright sun. This guy was hiding in an empty bud husk.

Oh wow! Fabulous! I think he is a young katydid. Maybe a grasshopper but I think Katydid. They have such LONG antennae! That makes them look so cute

@milaniet Don't invest in a lens yet - this is a $10, 3-1 lens accessory that I bought for my iPhone! I am jonesing for lens for my camera but am going to try some filters first $14 instead of $500+
