I tried to capture the darkness and light conflicting in this one and try to make it feel uneasy/unwelcoming.

@taffy it quite possibly is the same spot. I pulled off of a major highway on the palouse to take this.

@joansmor now that I look at it I agree. Maybe I should have focused on color contrast more than light contrast. I wonder now how that would turn out .

I agree with Jane...more light on the building, but I'd increase the gloom as well. It's really beautiful as is!
