Nice shot. You will have to check out Diana's photo @ludwigsdiana it is interesting to see the comparison between the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere view of the moon.
@onewing Thank you for your nice comment and sending me to the site with the moon shot from "down under". It is very interesting to see the different sides of the moon from around the world. Even the shots from the UK show a diff. side of the moon and dark spots.
I have really enjoyed seeing the moon in all its stages from so many different spots around the world here. There is even a slight difference between what I see and what someone in the Midwest or West Coast sees. Nice moon shot! I'm overdue for one.
