The Washington Coast. Just past the beach on the right is the mouth of the Mighty Columbia River meeting with the Pacific Ocean. There is lots of turbulence where these two great waters meet; it's called the Bar. It's so unpredictable that Coast Guards from all over the world come to train at this location.
