It was one of those birthday parties all day kind of days for my daughter, but that meant I got to spend some time with my oldest at a Pride festival. Then, the last birthday party of the day was a bit of a drive and close to the beach, so I grabbed dinner, had a picnic at the beach, read my book, and watched the sunset while she was at her party. It turned out to be such a lovely day.
