Gales of November ii

I used an old Minolta MC W Rokkor HH manual 35mm lens on my Sony wanted to see how it rendered. Had to be careful of flaring but all in all enjoyed using this tank of a lens

really enjoy how this came out. did you have to use an adapter ring? wondering since i have a bunch of minolta lenses - and a few others - that i have not dared try use on my nikon d3100.

@catsmeowb Yes I used an adapter, there are plenty for a mirrorless system but not for a SLR like your Nikon. Easy to adapt to mirror less

@tosee that is what I thought. I find this stuff confusing. So, my thinking is correct in that I can not use my old 35 mm lenses with my nikon even with an adaptor. I was just about to try putting one on backwards to create a super macro to photograph snowflakes. Very bummed.
