Cold, blowing sleet and snow; so went to the Calhoun Beach Club to work out. It is an older
(early 1900's) beautiful building. Recently remodled by a trendy California designer. Ultra young modern designs, grays blacks and whites. My Olympus E-PL5 allows one to shot 2 frames one on top of the other . The first frame was looking into the lobby(white chair) from the South entrance. On the right are two photos taken in 1917 of Lake Calhoun and colored. The next frame was a close up of the photo on the right. It then create the double exposure. With the overlaid photos i wanted to created an image blending the old and the new. The history of the place and it's current status! And have fun!
