We were treated to a wintery mix, of mist, cold rain, wind and crashing waves. At night we opened our window so we could hear the little stream by our cabin, and the waves and the booming crashes of Lake Superior. The cabin in the photo is not ours but one of the 10 cabins and lodge of North Shore Camp the former Gitche Gumee Resort.
