It was unseasonably warm so we opened our front and back doors. Boots was right there waiting for us to place her stool in front of the screen so she could smell the change of seasons and the coming of spring. Actually we place a stool in front of both screens so the princess can go back and forth looking, sniffing the air and waiting for spring.
