They have become a force to reckon with on the
streets of Minneapolis. Three young men game
riding by with the strong pungent odor of weed,
burst into an intersection and narrowly missed being hit by an big SUV...sign of the times
They are looking at these scooters in Charlotte. I believe they have times when they are not allowed to be used. It would seem they at least night lights and safety vests for visibility.
