From Garden to Plate

Our amazing crop of Carambola began setting in May. Tonight we reaped the reward. I picked one at sunset. De-seeded and prepared it for cooking as a dressing for a juicy pork chop. Delicious. I'm miles behind. Please be patient as I try to catch up over the next few nights.
