If you've been following my album you'll know we live on a Soldier Settler block with buildings dating back to 1920. (I know, we are only babies when it comes to historical buildings!) This is the second building erected on the property. It is the barn but it is also where the settler's widowed Mother lived with an unmarried daughter for several years. A week or so ago when it was surrounded by frost I was thinking about how horribly cold it must have been in winter. Actually today it's incredible to think we've even had frost. The grass is so green after the rain.
Forgive the early upload. I've an early start again tomorrow and there will be no time for photography.
Thanks for your interest in my attempts to meet the challenge. I'm thinking this will be the most difficult week of the month.
Looks a grand old building - and lots of lines which crucially join up with yesterday's. (Suddenly I'm seeing lines everywhere I go!) Great start well done
