Another little grass feeder who visits my garden. They are very flighty little birds that constantly flit hither and yon chattering to each other all the while. This is the male. The female is a more drab greyish-brown. They travel in flocks -usually one male to several females and juveniles.
@missyenyen thanks for the follow. Yes, little birds require patience but my garden has an area where grass is allowed to go to seed. It attracts these little grass eaters and is as rewarding as a flowerbed given all the little birds that are drawn to it.
