The Blue Hills of Home 2

The eastern boundary of our valley is the Many Peaks Range with Mt Castle Tower on the north eastern end. The Boyne river is marked by the tree line. The Boyne flows into the sea at Gladstone after passing through the Awoonga dam which was constructed to ensure Gladstone's water supply. The dam water backs up to here under the river bank in this picture.
Our parts of the world are similar in that they both have water management.

The Hoover Dam is probably the most well-known American dam although I've never seen it. We have a system of overflow waterways for the river that is near us- the Delaware. The day looks pretty hot in this shot!

Nice layers in this photo, starting with the fence and continuing through the hills. Well done.

Love the lines especially the hay bales. The frost has certainly browned off the grass. A lovel view.
