The last three chickens roasted and ready to cool for carving the next day and plating up for the Anzac Luncheon. A full day of cooking. 6 pieces of corned meat, 3 pork roasts and 6 chickens all cooked and a couple of hams chilling in the cold room. Last updated number for lunch on Anzac Day is 207.
