Something is stitching up the leaves of my bottle tree. It must be a clever little beast because it also braces the stem of the leaf to the branch of the tree utilising the strength of the triangle.What are these neat little bundles? Oh no. An egg case for some sort of little caterpillar. Time to call in Mr Google. My research to date reveals some type of weaving caterpillar moth. Time to get rid of these curios before they completely defoliate the little tree. Is there an expert out there who can verify my research?
