Our QCWA hall, over now 110 years old looks fabulous with a new paint job and new flooring. The building has travelled up through the valley in that time. It began life at the southern end as the Many Peaks Post Office in the gold rush days. Then was moved north to the township of Littlemore where it served as the community's Memorial Hall after world War One. In the 1950's when that little township disappeared it was donated to the Boyne Valley QCWA and moved to Ubobo where it has stood for almost 60 years. Lets hope with it's new facelift it is good to stand for another 100 years!
