This looks great and I admire your time management skills! We have a load of tomatoes here at the moment. We have made tomato chutney, tomato soup, and I have yet to make tomato and Chili Jam. I never thought to make pasta sauce, would you care to share the recipe? as I am sure I will still have more tomatoes to make some of that too!
Beautiful light in this delicious image! To be able to produce this sauce (and picture!) between your shifts at work certainly has me amazed. Well done.
