Today was really long. Full day at school, evening meeting for host families for upcoming exchange. Lots to do, parent-teacher conferences tomorrow. Every reason not to stop on the way home to try my get pushed challenge of panning from @colie. But I did, and I'm glad I did. This was not easy, but when you hit it, or get pretty close, oh how exciting!
@colie I think I came pretty close to hitting it! I've been challenged before with this get pushed thing, but this is hard! I'm calling it a good first attempt and look forward to practicing more. Thanks for the push!
I thought I"d posted but the comment is gone so I'll post again -- I love this shot -- great color, good capture with the pan, and fantastic feeling of movement.
Absolutely fabulous job on this! Don't you love how being in 365 is a commitment to do something with your camera every day, and how these get pushed challenges really do what they say -- push us to try something we might not have done at that point? Congratulations on a challenge well done!
