My get pushed partner challenged me to another round of black and white this week. I played a bit with the contrast of this shot of rain drops on our porch window looking out over the edge of our shed and fence with lots of snow still on the ground. I particularly liked the wet edges of the fence, stained a darker hue and in great contrast with the snow. We really could use some spring!

I like the contrast here and think this is an image which would be a probable mess in colour, it works so well in Mono. Great choice of topic with all those delicious textures.
