So these little buggers are apparently my botanical muses, as they've made appearances three times already! I love the interesting colors that emerge from post-winter slumber. This rich purple display was too much to pass by without a shot.
sempervivum - they are the most amazing little plants. They grow out of bricks with a thumb-size amount of soil. We sometimes call them "hens and chicks."
