I loved how the glare of the sun in this reflection of the building are parallel to the lines in the building. The effect was nice without any efforts.

I noticed that right away! What's also interesting is how the angle makes it feel dynamic, and contrasts the solidity of the brick with the transparency of the glass reflection.
