There was this amazing sculpture outside the Discovery Museum in Milwaukee by the lake shore. There were thousands of paillettes attached to large half-moon shaped structures that blow and twist in the wind and reflect off the sun. This is a close up of one of the sculptures as they blew in the wind, creating this beautiful pattern.
