Keeping with one of my albums in b&w for the month - I decided to process this in hdr with b&w with some tweaks. I was initially attracted to the sun hitting the forest floor, and I liked some of the stretch that my new wide angle lens offered.

@bankmann I ended up with the 11-16 mm Tokina. It's my second Tokina and I'm very fond of them.
