I wanted to do a longish exposure to smooth out the water, and out of 5 pictures, this one turned out ok. I liked how the colors were glowing on the dim day.

Thank you all so much for your lovely and generous comments on this picture. I actually could have also entitled it as one of the "What I will miss once we move" series - it's been our "go-to" place every time we didn't manage to get out of the house on the weekend till late afternoon, and no matter the weather, no matter the season, it does not disappoint. Lots of birds and wild life, lots of beautiful sights with all those vineyards and still waters held up by the locks. Fall was no an exception. Thank you for stopping by!
