Hello, Mississippi!

6 states, 14 hours on the road, 12.5 hours driving time, over 800 miles. Made it from South East Michigan to Sioux Falls, SD. On the way, stopped at the Grandad Bluff overlook in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to admire the Mississippi River.

Oh, we have done many of those long road trips. I love them. My hubby's back can't handle them any more. The drive from NC to MN and back in May just about did him in. We passed through La Crosse on that trip, as well, to visit a friend that lives nearby.
