@shepherdman They cleared half of the feeder in just a couple of licks!!!!! Spilled a lot too, so morning doves were happy - those don‘t fly up to the feeder.

Can you hang it higher than they can reach? Put some kind of pulley up high that you can raise and lower the feeder with.
