Had a Russian feast with friends yesterday, since the New Year's eve is the biggest celebration of the year, not Xmas. These were our deviled eggs. I just found them very pretty.
Ooohhh -- it reminds me of this utterly fabulous dish I had called Russian Salad (my friends said, but I think they called it Oliviet or something like that) with caviar on top.
