[Superman] taking flight

Rotated and cropped version for the Runner-ups album. Thank you to @bob65 @roulin for the composition input! Here is an attempt. As always, comment away! The original from the main 365 album is here: http://365project.org/vera365/365/2015-02-10

I liked the original but like this even more. So unusual. The red makes quite a statement.

Thank you for the comments and favs! And also by comparing the two versions and expressing your opinions on that. This helps a lot to understand what potential is hidden in an image and how the changes might affect its mood, idea, associations etc. Great exercise for me, I - for one - am learning a lot. So thank you very much for this!

Very lovely as well...but I do prefer the other version. I like the use of empty space

Thank you, Gena, Jennifer and Rob!
Rob, this is a dry petal from my tulips earlier, just laying on top of my iPad and the trees from the outside reflecting in it. And then flipped upside down - to try the suggestions I got on the original shot that is linked in the description. :)

Always good to experiment, I think I prefer the original version!

@bob65
Was worth a try though! And I learned a lot in the process. I am amazed how much the whole mode and dynamics of the picture can change because of the simple rotation. Thank you for all your input!
