Oh my goodness those buildings have seen better days. It seems that you are in a place like no other. Must be quite an eye opener. The reflection serves to emphasise the scale of that building which looks as though it has been repurposed for less grand living.

This is "Maison Varlet" in Grand-Bassam, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), the former capital city, at the colonial time. The old city is protected under UNESCO heritage ( https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1322/), but is not maintained. There are several houses like this around.
This Varlet house was built in 1918 by a business man in Grand-Bassam and had many changes. The lower part was used for shopping and as warehouse, while the upper floor was for habitation. The arches and colonnades are now completely corroded by the sea and rust and are surrounded by a nature that start taking its rights there.
