When I am on old women I shall wear purple
With a red hat which doesn't go and doesn't suit me.

I saw all these ladies whilst in the shopping centre all wearing purple with red hats I asked them why and they replied that they have social events and meetings to enjoy the friendship each has to offer. The colourful outfit is from the poem by Jenny Joseph

@juliac @quietpurplehaze @nancih @april16 .Thankyou for your comments much appreciated . I was very surprised to see all the ladies appearing from everywhere all in the same colours it seemed they were all in the shopping centre for a group photo from the balcony which I missed by not having my camera handy but was able to talk to some of them in John Lewis's café afterwards where they all congregated for lunch afterwards.
