I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to wait until the night before we were leaving to start making cookies. Jack did most of the work , but they required three trips to three different grocery stores because we kept forgetting things. This should have been a picture of Nick (it is his 20th! birthday) . . . but he went out before I could take his picture. Also he said he didn't want to have his picture taken. We don't usually celebrate his birthday until January 21st, but we went out to lunch today. Just thought I'd mention that so I don't seem like the worst mother in the world . . .
