on the road again

This is one of the bridges over the Potomac River from Virginia into Maryland. Getting out of Virginia is the first milestone of the trip.

@laurielizard I like architectural things too! One thing I like about this bridge is that it's blue -- although it's hard to tell in the picture. The photo also makes it look really big but it's not very talk or long. Thanks for the good wishes....we arrived all in one piece!
