who knew there’d be a ginger shortage

@eudora @margonaut I didn’t know you could freeze it! I ended up buying ginger paste but I must not have used enough because I couldn’t really taste it.

@wiesnerbeth I don't know if you're "supposed" to freeze it, but I never let a little thing like rules stop me. It can be grated while frozen, I don't even peel it. You can gasp now.

@margonaut I’m definitely doing that if they ever stock it again! Mine usually ends up shriveled because I’ve forgotten I had it.
