@eudora When I showed my son the picture he said that lots of taco places in New York use it to make vegan tacos. Who knew?! Then we looked up a video and his girlfriend said she’d try it in a taco but there was no way she’d buy one and try to cut it up — it looks like you would need a machete and inside there are lots of seeds to cut around.
